Examples of levels of severity and response times

• High Priority. URGENT!!  Network down, File Server down, nobody can work

  Response Time: 24/7

  • By phone: 15 minutes

  • Onsite: Within 1 hour

  Rate: $90 for the first hour. Normal rate of $80 per hour after.

• Mid Priority.  File Restore,One Computer won't Boot,Everyone is Working except one or two people.

  Response Time: Mon-Sat 8am to 6pm

  • By Phone: 30 minutes

  • Onsite: Within 3 hours

  Rate: $80 per hour

• Low Priority.   Virus/Spyware Removal,Application installation,Computer Upgrades

  Response Time: Mon-Sat 8am to 6pm

  • By Phone: 30 minutes

  • Onsite: Within 24 hours of the request or scheduled time.
